We are a U4 full primary school, situated alongside the magnificent 90 Mile Beach, just 14 km Southwest from Kaitaia. We have a fixed term 1.0 position from 29th May 2023 till end of Term 4 due to maternity leave.
The successful applicant will need to be child focused, passionate about teaching and learning. You must see yourself as a learner, be collaborative in your approach and ready for an exciting opportunity.
You will also have a strong literacy and numeracy base using formative assessment and digital technology with a sound understanding of NZC.
A sense of humour is essential! We work in an ever changing environment so flexibility is also important, alongside a willingness to add value to our already vibrant learning community and successful school.
Applicants must be supportive of Tikanga Maori programmes.

Part time Teachers
We are looking for qualified and registered primary teachers to join our team on a casual and part time basis. This is the perfect opportunity to continue to develop your teaching practice . Relieving provides flexibility if you are studying, have care responsibilities or are recently retired and looking for occasional work. We require both short-term, part time and day-to-day relievers.
